Hydration Codes 96360 + 96361

If a patient in ED is receiving packaged sodium chloride for the diagnosis of Hyponatremis and the patient needs their sodium replaced can we bill the hydration codes 96360 + 96361 depending on the time. Patient is not volume depleted or dehydrated.
