PROCEDURES: 1. Exploration and washout, right groin. 2. Exploration of left femoral anastomosis, femoral-femoral bypass with explantation of femoral bypass, ligation of the profunda femoral artery at the origin. 3. Ligation of the right limb of the femoral bypass with explantation of the crossover femoral-femoral component.
