'Deviated nasal septum, nasal fracture, nasal obstruction-I think the appropriate CPT codes are 30520, 21325,30140. 21325 bundles to 30520 and there is not a modifier to bypass this edit but can I still report this so the doctor gets credit for doing it or should it not be reported at all on the claim?'

Sorry. It should not be per CCI as you said.

Code 21325 is a column 2 code for 30520, These codes cannot be billed together in any circumstances.
Code 21325 is bundled into code 30520 Code 21325 cannot be billed with 30520.
