HOW WOULD I PROPERLY BILL OUT FOR CAPSULAR TENSION RING WITH A COMPLEX CATARACT, IN HOPES FOR SOME REIMBURSEMENT ON THE TENSION RINGS?

ICD-9 code is 366.30.

how would i bill that out for the tension rings with the 66982?

Well, it comes under 66982 only, can not be billed separately with the CPT 66982.
