The Home Health Certification Code (G0180) may be billed only when the patient has not received Medicare covered home health services for at least 60 days. The modifier GV if its the Attending Physician or NP or GW if it is unrelated to the terminal illness

HAP and BCBS denied the G0180 Home Health Certification Code. Is there any modifier I need to use when I send it to HAP or BCBS? Thank you.

Hi Zakari,

Did those modifiers which I posted earlier didnt work ? or you get fresh denials after using them.
