How would I code the following? I know 28760 for the Jones procedure but am unsure of the Hibbs code.

DIAGNOSIS: Right forefoot driven hindfoot varus with clawing of the great
PROCEDURE:
1.Right Jones procedure (right IP joint fusion with extensor hallucis longus tendon transfer of the metatarsal).
2.Hibbs procedure (transfer of the lesser toe extensor tendons to the lateral cuneiform and splint application).

Hi,
Appropriate code for Hibbs procedure would be-
27690 Transfer or transplant of single tendon (with muscle redirection or rerouting); superficial (eg, anterior tibial extensors into midfoot)
