'46945' RECEIVING DENIALS FOR THIS PROCEDURE WHEN PREFORMED IN AN ASC FROM BLUESHEILD FEDERAL.

'46945' should be paid for. Ambulatory Surgery Center fees for this procedure is about $372.99. You have to call them up and demand that they put in writing why they are not paying for this procedure. There is no reason for a denial or if there is, the burden is on Blueshield Federal to explain why.
