Hello Supercoder, What CPT code can I use during a cath procedure(93458) for a hemodynamic eval for mid cavity obliteration with pullback across the mid LV cavity and double transducer with simultaneous pressure recordings at the level of the LV and AO ?

Hemodynamic measurement is included in the procedure of left heart catheterization. In this procedure, the provider introduces an additional catheter into the left side of the heart under fluoroscopic guidance to measure the pressure and blood flow in it. So, you should report code 93458 only.
