hemiparesis and non-Hodgkin lymphoma

i need a code for hemiparesis i can only find I69.959 and per my doctor they are not hemiplegic. do you have a icd 10 code for this? and for Non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the sinus, i need a code. i found C85.81 but per my doctor this is not correct. thank you in advance! lynn
