Is the Hematoma Block considered inclusive when performing a closed treatment of a metacarpal fracture, single with manipulation?(26605) If not would you help me find the appropriate CPT code for this? Thank You as always for your help

Hematoma block involves the injection of anesthetic into the fracture site to achieve pain control prior to a closed manipulation of the fracture. If the physician performs the closed manipulation, this type of block would be bundled with the fracture based on CPT's Surgical Package Definition, which includes local infiltration, metacarpal/metatarsal/digital blocl or topical anesthesia.
