Help with CPT code for adjacent tissue transfer

Patient underwent excision of two chest wall masses for metastatic rectal cancer. One 4 cm in diameter subq. 2nd a 2 cm submuscular underneath the fascia (separate incision. Dr. had difficulty closing the submuscular incision and did an adjacent tissue transfer 3 cm X 2. Can I bill separate for the adjacent tissue transfer of is it included with the excision.

You can code with Adjacent Tissue Transfer separately and this is unbundled procedure with submuscular mass excision.
