Greetings from SuperCoder!

Code 93508 was deleted in 2011. You should choose your code from 93451-63461 series as per your documentation. For example, for Right Heart Catheterization, you may use code 93451 and for Left Heart Catheterization, you may use code 93452.

Please feel free to write if you have any question.

Thanks.
