how to find out the fee schedule for HCPCS in my state? for instance, G0434?

is it available on supercoder?

In Supercoder site, it is showing 0 National RVU for G0434. You can download it from CMS website directly. Below is the link, please click on that and there you will be having two zip files, click on first one, 11 CLABMAR.ZIP [ZIP 1.01 MB, then you will be asking for licence, click on yes, it will automatically go for download and you could see HCPCS G0434 in CLAB 2011C excel sheet updated fee schedule. You will be finding national along with some other states fee schedule; If any problem, let us know.

In Supercoder fee is reflecting as 0.00 for HCPCS G0434, as it came from National RVU based fee schedule.

However you may find some fee depending upon your state and carrier on following link.

how about HCPCS fee in general? Where can I find a fee schedule for all HCPCS codes? I'm also looking for ones for injection drugs and DME (TENS, lumbar brace, etc).
