How would I code the following: DX: Power saw injury, right hand, with amputation through ring DIP level and partial amputation of small finger through distal ulnar half of the distal phalanx and soft tissue. PROCEDURE: 1.Right ring finger completion of amputation and primary closure just proximal to the DIP level. 2.Completion of amputation of right small finger through the mid-distal phalanx level with primary closure.
