Is it appropriate to use the hallux correction codes for procedures done on the lesser toes?

I am debating on what code to use for DJD 2nd MTP joint replacement. There does not appear to be a code that matches the procdure done. Do I bill 28755 even though it says Great toe?

28285: Correction, hammertoe (e.g., Interphalangeal fusion, partial or total phalangectomy)
28286: Correction, cock-up fifth toe, with plastic skin closure (e.g., Ruiz-Mora type procedure)
