Groin Mass

Anna Posted Wed 03rd of March, 2010 20:30:22 PM

I need help in finding the diagnosis code for a left groin mass.

As no mention of "tumor" or "benign / malignancy" is there, I would go with 782.2 (Superficial lump, mass). In the absence of any specific code for mass in a particular superficial location of body, we can use this code.
