Maiu Posted Fri 17th of February, 2012 16:22:24 PM

Patient had a procedure '10060' Drainage of skin abscess performed. Patient came back within the next 10 days and procedure '10060' was performed again. Will the second 10060 be included in the global period of the first procedure or does a new global period start with the second procedure?

If it is within next 10 days of 10060, then it is included with the first procedure. If it is after 10 days, a new global should start with the second procedure.
