Our Gi physician did an EGD with pyloric stenosis balloon dil. Patient presented for dysphagia, nausea and vomiting and doctor found recurrent pyloric stenosis.
What CPT code should be used for correct coding for the EGD w/pyloric stenosis balloon dil?

I would suggest cpt 43245 (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy, flexible, transoral; with dilation of gastric/duodenal stricture(s) (eg, balloon, bougie) is appropriate code for esophagogastroduodenoscopy w/pyloric stenosis balloon diltation.
