If there was bleeding around the stoma site and the patient sutures the skin with 4.0 silk sutures would the code be 43870?

Code 43870 explains the procedure used to close the gastrostomy, which was made for the patients who need to be fed or have their upper gastrointestinal tract emptied directly through the stomach.

After the induction of general anesthetic, the physician makes an incision around the gastrostomy site and carries it down through the skin and subcutaneous tissue with sharp dissection. The tract and the stomach are freed. Stay sutures are then placed on either side of the tract. The tract is amputated. The intervening stomach is then closed with interrupted Lembert, Nurolon sutures. The fascia and skin was closed with sutures. AndAnd And finally dressing was applied.

Please check with the exact documentation in your operative report.
