GASTROESOPHAGEAL JUNCTION: Mild Chronic Inflammation (k20.9, K29.70) gastric epithelial hyperplasia (K31.89) reflux-associated inflammation (K21.0) What ICD10 would you assign? Any help appreciated

Hi,

I would suggest use ICD 10 CM code K20.9 for mild chronic inflammation, K31.89 for gastric epithelial hyperplasia and K21.0 for reflux associated inflammation.

Hope this helps!
