I was told to bill for 6 test by adding a 26 medifier to 1 and 26,76 for each of the other 5 individually. I got payment for the first and one more. Should I bill the other 5 as G0452 26,76 x 5 units?

Yes. G0452 needs to be billed with modifier 26, then the 76 to identify multiple tests, and indicate the units (5) in the units box on the CMS1500 form.
