frequency of units for 11101

Corina Posted Tue 05th of March, 2013 18:10:15 PM

I billed 11100 and 11101 x 30. Medicare denied "frequency of units". Does anyone know what their limit is where I find it.
Thanks

MUE is none. You can get file from http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/NationalCorrectCodInitEd/MUE.html second download and on http://www.supercoder.com/cpt-codes/11101.
