A patient was admitted because of a fractured humerus, surgical neck, and fell because of being intoxicated. The patient was having DT's and also diagnosed with acute respiratory failure and aspiration pneumonia.The patient also has a history of ischemic cardiomyopathy. Additional diagnosis are malnutrician from alcohol and chronic obstructive asthma. What would be the principal diagnosis and seconday and the DRG? Thank you!!
