What would the CPT code be for Dilation of foreskin stricture? This patient has had a circumcision.

54164 is the code to describe the procedure. A variation of this procedure may be performed using vascular clips. One clip is placed under the glans and the second parallel to the foreskin. A vertical incision is made between the two clips and they are pulled apart to stretch and elongate the frenulum. Sutures are not usually necessary and the clips fall off in a few days.
