If fluoroscopy is used to perform hysterosalpingograms (74740) is it reported separately?

Thanks for your question. You should not report the fluoroscopic code separately. When a provider performs procedure code 74740; Hysterosalpingography, radiological supervision and interpretation, this includes taking fluoroscopic images of the uterine cavity and tubes.
