Appropriate Codes used can be- 28740-RT, 28300-59, RT, 27691-RT, 27687-RT, and 27695-RT
Please check proper documentation for codes 28740 & 28300, as per CCI- there is a bundling between codes 28740 & 28300 but modifier is allowed, so it will depend on the scenario that the procedure 28300 has performed distinctly from 28740 or 28300 will be bundled with 28740.
