Blue Cross is denying the 92071 (Fitting of contact lens for treatment of ocular surface disease) when done in the same session a 6522,, removal of foreign body , cornea. what is the correct modifier to use? Thanks

According to CCI edit tool, you can bill '92071' with the '65222' by using modifier -25 OR -57 OR -59. Choose what is most appropriate for your encounter. So your billing would look like this if you choose -59 Modifier:
