A rigid simoidoscope was used to visualize the vaginal cuff. An attempt was made to advance a 6-French pediatric catheter through the sigmoidoscope and into the track with the assistance of a laparoscopic grasper. The catheter did not advance. A 5-French feeding tube was then advanced. The catheter hub was pusted through the sigmoidoscope and the sigmoidoscope was removed. The catheter was then taped to the thigh and the patient was taken to Radiology for imaging of the catheter.

It seems a kind of seton placement through vaginoscopy. No specific code found for this. We can go for Unlisted cpt code in such a case. What do you say ?
