Would this be covered with 13131:
DIAGNOSIS: Right middle finger distal wound with necrotic debris, hyponychium and volar pulp.

PROCEDURE:
1.Irrigation and excisional debridement, skin and subcutaneous tissue.
2.Closure of distal right middle finger wound, 2 cm.
