LAPAROSCOPIC PELVIC EXPLORATION - There is no specific code for this procedure. Also, For robotic assistance, you can bill HCPCS code S2900, but it depends on payer to payer, as some payer pay it separately and some consider it as included in the primary procedure. So, i would suggest you check it with your payer. Furthermore, please check, whether you can bill pelvic exploration with lysis of adhesion, as it should get bundled. If your document support the separate procedure, bill it with unlisted CPT code.
