Exploration of Infraumbilical Area

Susan m Posted Wed 22nd of January, 2014 16:08:44 PM

What CPT code would I use for exploration of infraumbilical area?

An incision was made down to the fascia where he had a previous repair of an umbilical hernia with mesh. The exploration was carried out below the umbilicus but did not uncover any mesh or any other pathology that would be causing infraumbilical pain.
