Can you please help me coding the following:
1. Excision Of intradermal melanocytic nevus of right posterior axillary line 0.3x0.2x0.2 cm.
2. Excision of hemangioma of mid back 0.3x0.2x0.1 cm.
3. Excision of fibroepithelial polyp of left scapula 0.3x0.3x0.2 cm.
4. Excision of hemangioma of RT upper arm 0.4x0.2x0.2 cm.
