excision of benign and malignant lesion of different site billed together on same day of service.
patient came for excision 3 lesions,
1st lesion of face is malignant based from pathalogy report,
2nd lesion of chest is benign, and
3rd lesion of abdominal is benign.

would be ok to bill Medicare on same day
11640-for 1st lesion,11400-2nd lesion,11440-51 for 3rd lesion
tissue biopsy 88305 X 3 based on pathology report.
please advise. thank you
