Bianca Posted Wed 22nd of August, 2018 11:03:12 AM
what do we bill for an exam under anesthesia in the hospital? 11 year old boy who desires gender reassignment. was very anxious in the office and could not be examined properly ,he was suspected of having bilateral undescended testicles. was scheduled for bilateral orchiopexy, however under anesthesia, both testicle were found to be retractile. Doctored had face to face discussion with parents regarding findings.
