Epidural Injection

Peter Posted Mon 21st of July, 2014 10:24:49 AM

My doctor is giving epidural injections. He does a procedure were he uses a catheter as his main point and then injections 3 different nerves while at the same port. What code would I use for this??

Is he performing the injection at different spinal levels? Can you please provide a broader description of procedure performed from the procedure note?

Thanks !!

Depending upon the spinal levels on which he has performed injection, you may use codes from range 64479-64484.
