How do you code for endoscopic ultrasound with celiac plexus nerve block for pain. Patient is a 60 y/o with pancreatic cancer. 20 cc of 0.25% bupivacaine was injected into the celiac artery. Following this 20 cc of 98% ethanol was injected.
