E&M with 94760

Teresa Posted Tue 14th of February, 2012 20:50:56 PM

(94760), is anyone getting re-imbursed on 94760 when filed with an E&M visit? I know per Medicare guidelines they say not to file this with the E&M but if the patient has a secondary carrier, ie; BCBS they will process on 94760, any thoughts????

YOU CAN BILL THE 94760
MEDICARE WILL BUNDLED IT WITH THE E/M(CONSIDERED INCLUSIVE OF THE E/M)
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A SECONDARY COMMERICAL CARRIER PAY FOR IT IF MEDICARE DIDN'T
