can a cardiologist bill for EKG and OV and 6 min walk for the same day?

Thanks for your question. You should have no problem billing these services together. Your documentation should be able to support the office visit as a separately identifiable service in addition to the EKG. If your documentation will support a separate E/M, you will need to append a modifier to the E/M code. Hope this helps.
