In what order should the codes be listed and is there any modifiers to use if using 43249 & 43239? Thanks - Oklahoma Subscriber

CCI edits shows no bundling in between these codes. So you can bill them without any modifier. Also, the correct listing should be in decreasing RVU order.
1. 43249 x1
2. 43239 x1.
