Ear X-Ray

Leigh Posted Fri 08th of July, 2011 18:40:57 PM

How would you code a one view X-ray of the ear only. Not the inside of the ear, but the soft tissue ear. It was done for foreign body in ear. THANKS!

There is no exact code for it. But, going by different analysis, I found x-ray of neck soft tissue would be helpful in trapping such foreign body embeded in soft tissue in ENT region.
So, we can code 70360
