I was wondering if my dx code 790.4 is the same thing for this dx?
In the report it states mild Transaminitis, but in the ICD-9-CM book as I have the 2011 version, it only shows Transaminasemia? The code for that is 790.4. DOes it mean the same thing? Is this code correct?

When liver enzymes which belong inside the cells leak out into the blood stream, this is called transaminitis which is correctly depicted by 790.4
