biopsy report states invasive squarnous cell carcinoma
and the ct statesa thickened wall of the gastroesphageal junction and cardia region of the stomach consistent with patients history of gastric cancer. Two dx codes listed not sure which is correct. 151.0 and 150.2. Please explain why? Thanks

Neither one. The correct diagnosis coding sequence is: '173.42' squamous cell carcinoma. 'V10.04' personal history of gastric cancer.
