The patient is on long term drug use for Polymyalgia rheumatic. Do we bill DX V58.69 and 725

Thanks for your question, as long term use of drugs codes are according to class of drugs, you need to check which class of drug it is because it might be possible that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is given as it is normally a prescribed for rheumatic pain condition. If that class of drug not given in the code series then you can use V58.69 or if it is NSAID's use V58.64 and 725 in the given scenario.
