How would I code these procedures:
DIAGNOSIS: Left dropfoot with ulcer.

PROCEDURE:
1.Bridle procedure, left ankle (including):
a.Posterior tib tendon transfer to the middle cuneiform.
b.Peroneal longus tendon transfer to the anterior tib.
c.Percutaneous tendo-Achilles lengthening.
d.Imbrication of the anterior tib, posterior tib, and peroneal longus at the front of the ankle.
