Please help with correct coding for this infusion that was done in the doctor office. The patients diagnosis is D83.8 CVID and the infusion is done with a mechanical pump. 0766-0738 Diphenhydramine 12.15 ivp Heparin 10,000u in NS 100cc via pump 0742-0803 Octagam 5% via pump 0805-1110 Normal Saline fluch 10cc 1110-1112
