Dorsopathy refers to a refers to a condition impairing the backbone. These include various diseases of the back or spine ("dorso-"), such as kyphosis, scoliosis, etc. On the other hand Dorsalgia refers to those conditions causing back pain.
In simple words, Dorsopathy is a condition, where as Dorsalgia is a symptom.
