The pain management DO at our office just got his DME number and has started ordering and fitting patients for DME products in our office (rather than sending them outside to another DME provider like before). He started this about 3 months ago, and we have yet to see a single DME claim pay. We keep getting back denial after denial. What are the key steps to successfully submitting DME claims to ensure payment?
