I am doing a distal biceps repair alone with no other procedures. Do I code 24340 or 24342?

Look out for the exact documentation of the report. These two codes are very similar to each other and the few wordings can change the whole scenario.
24340-The physician treats a rupture of a biceps tendon by reattachment of the biceps tendon to the radius, direct reimplantation, or inserting a loop of fascia lata graft around the proximal radius.
24342-A posterior incision is made over the tip of olecranon, the fascia is incised and the ruptured or avulsed tendon is identified. Presences of any bony fragments are excised and a small hole is drilled transversely through the olecranon. Two sutures are passed through the tendon which is passed through the drill hole and it is tightly secured. The proximal end of the divided tendon is then sutured to the distal end with sutures. And finally, the torn musculotendinous, junction on both the sides are tightly secured. During this procedure the physician may or may not use tendon graft for the attachment
Note for some buzz words like drilling, olecranon for this code.

Code 24342 reads for reinsertion of ruptured BICEPS or triceps, with or without tendon graft. You only describe the triceps repair. You have not answered my question.
