A patient is admitted to the hospital and has a diagnosis of cytomegalovirus and DDD. The patient also has HIV . Would I code 042 first as the principal diagnosis and then 078.50 and 722.52 and the secondary diagnosis? Also what would the DRG be? Thank you!

I agree with your coding. Report "042, 078.5, 722.52." DRG for the presented scenario is 976.
