would the correct diagnosis codes for this be: 707.15, 735.9, and 250.00?

Patient presents to the physicians office with a deformed toe that is causing him
pain. After examination the physician documents that the patient has a toe deformity with an ulcer with swelling and erythema from rubbing due to the deformity. The physician states in his plan that the patient has an aquired toe deformity, ulcer of the toe, and diabetes. Awaiting referral for surgery of the toe deformity. Due to the diabetes the patient will be followed closely for infection and non healing of the ulcer.
